About Me

LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

I lead by merging imagination with evidence. I build trust through transparency, use data to understand what must change, and create the systems, environments, and opportunities that allow talented students and educators to do extraordinary work. My leadership combines the analytical discipline to build systems that work with the creative vision to imagine what schools can become.
