This blog features some of my biggest accomplishments as a school leader. I am proud to serve my students, teachers, parents, administration and community in my capacity as a leader. My vision for 21st century education is to bring innovative, progressive and culture shifting ideas to any school I serve, and share successful practices with other schools who are interested in doing the same. I take great pride in my work, and I enjoy seeing the benefits of hard work in life and practice.
My goal as an educator and a school leader has been to have a more global impact on students and the community by creating opportunities for underrepresented students and minorities and therefore change perceptions, stereotypes and statistics of which students have abilities to achieve higher. My most successful project included creating effective systems where students can recognize their potential for success through new, innovative, challenging and engaging courses.
