Provided resources to the organizations and coordinate their activities to ensure that a well-rounded program is offered to the student body. I collaborated and developed plans with stakeholders and community members in an effort to increase parent and community involvement at Lane, and showcase the diversity of our student body and student talent. I structured teams of teachers to plan, organize and execute successful annual community events at Lane Tech such as the International Days, Arts & Music Festival, Fall/Spring Music Concerts, Parent Nights and the Holiday Assembly.
